Refund and Delivery Terms 

Physical orders are dispatched from our office same day or the next working day after payment of your order, subject to stock availability, via our courier and postage partners. This means you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 5 working days in New Zealand or 6 - 30 working days worldwide, but this can be longer during peak periods. Most orders will be shipped by NZ Post. Pre-orders for products not currently in stock will ship as soon as stock is available. We will contact you if an item is not in stock. During times of peak seasonal demand there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so if it is urgent then feel free to phone or email us. Digital product (when offered) will be sent via 'Drop Box' the next working day after payment of your order.

Returns Policy

Returns and Replacements are only accepted for damaged goods if reported immediately upon delivery, and the original is returned to us. Please contact us (address above) stating full details of the product, the damage, and your contact details. We will replace all faulty products as soon as possible.
